We’ll agree on something useful we can build in a month. I bring 25 years of software experience and AI-supported development tools. You bring your ideas, judgment, and willingness to learn. By the end, you take the keys—the working product, project accounts, and the know-how to run and improve it.

Set the direction.
Our first meeting is the intake. We work through your idea, agree on what we’re building, and set the schedule.
Work with the first version.
I build it, then we meet to try it together. You give feedback, see how the tools work, and help shape the next version.
Take the keys.
At our final session, we review the revisions and work through how you’ll manage and improve the project yourself. I complete the agreed final adjustments and hand over the project, code, and account access.
All three sessions and the agreed build happen within the same 30-day window, with meeting dates set before we begin.
After handoff, you have 30 days of limited support for questions and fixes to the agreed work. New features and further development are separate.
Keep building yourself, use it to test your idea, or discuss working together again. There’s no ongoing commitment.
