Advisory
The next move is rarely obvious from the outside.
I work with founders and leaders at consequential moments—when the company, the market or the life around the work has changed, and the conventional answer no longer feels right.
Tell me what’s at stake →I advise. You operate.
When I’m useful.
The work is not a formula. It usually begins with a candid conversation about the decision in front of you.
You can see something other people cannot.
You need a first believer who will also tell you the truth.
The old playbook no longer works.
AI, the market or the company has changed—and the conventional answer feels wrong.
The company is working. The life around it is not.
You want to keep building without losing the person, relationships and meaning that made any of it worthwhile.
How I work.
I stay close to the work. That might mean pressure-testing a decision, helping shape the first version of something, finding the real problem beneath the stated one, or being the person in the room who can say what everyone else is avoiding.
I bring an operator’s eye and an investor’s perspective, but I do not arrive with a playbook or a team of people behind me. The work is direct.
I advise. You operate.
A first believer, when it matters.
For much of my career, I have worked with people before the consensus formed—sometimes as an investor, sometimes as a builder, sometimes simply as a person willing to take the idea seriously enough to help make it real. That is still the role I know how to play.
What are you navigating?
If the decision is consequential and you want a clear, candid conversation about what comes next, tell me what is at stake and why it matters now.
