重設 Notion

注意：

  • 重設您的應用程式或瀏覽器會將您登出所有作用中的 Notion 帳號。請確保您手邊有登入資訊，以便在重設後重新登入！

  • 沒看到選單列嗎？在 Windows 上，您可能需要按下 alt 才會出現。

重設 Notion 桌面版應用程式

若要重設 Notion 桌面版應用程式：

  1. 在裝置的選單列中選取 View → Force reload。

  2. 在選單列中選取 Help → Troubleshooting → Reset & Erase All Local Data。

  3. 關閉 Notion，然後：

    • 在 Mac 上：開啟 Finder，然後在選單列中選取 Go → Go To Folder。輸入 /Users/，然後移除 Notion。

    • 在 Windows 上：在檔案總管中，前往 C:\Users\，然後移除 Notion。

  4. 再次前往 https://notion.com/download 下載桌面版應用程式。

If you’re getting an error message when trying to delete Notion, make sure of the following:

  • You’ve quit the Notion app completely (it’s not running in the background or system tray).

  • There are no Notion processes running in Task Manager.

Then, try deleting the app again.

重設網頁版 Notion

Chrome 與 Microsoft Edge

  1. 在 Mac 上使用 cmd + option + i，或在 Windows 上使用 ctrl + shift + i 開啟開發人員工具。

  2. 開啟開發人員工具後，在瀏覽器中對重新整理按鈕按一下滑鼠右鍵。

  3. 選取 Empty Cache and Hard Refresh。

  4. 在開發人員工具中，前往 Application 並展開左側的 Cookies。

  5. 對 Notion 連結按一下滑鼠右鍵並選取 Clear。

Safari

  1. 開啟系統選單列中的 Safari 選單，然後選取 Preferences。

  2. 在 Privacy 區段中，選取 Manage Website Data。

  3. 找到並選取 Notion，然後選取 Remove All。

Firefox

在網址左側，選取 🔒 → Clear Cookies and Site Data → Remove。

重設 Notion 行動版

若要重設 Notion 行動版，只需從您的裝置移除該應用程式並重新安裝即可。別擔心會遺失您的 Notion 資料 — 它們已同步至您的帳號！
